How do I sign up?

Download the Key Rewards app for your iPhone or Android and fill in the sign up form.

How do I earn points?

Every time you shop at a Key Cannabis dispensary — in-store or online — you earn points based on your tier. Start as a Bronze member and work your way up to Platinum to unlock even more points for every $2 you spend. The higher your tier, the faster your points add up.

When do I get to use my points?

You can start redeeming once you’ve earned at least 100 points. Choose between cash-back savings or curated free products — the more you save up, the bigger your reward. Want to wait for 400 or 600 points to unlock a high-value product? Go for it! Your points, your call.

When do my points expire?

Never! Your Key wallet will store your points until you’re ready to use them.

How do tiers work?

Everyone begins at Bronze. At the Bronze level, you can earn one point for every $2 you spend, and get access to bonus opportunities, free products, and insider info.

Then, as you spend more throughout the year, you can work your way up to Silver, Gold, and eventually Platinum status. Each new level adds a multiplier to your spend – 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x, along with access to even more exclusive offers and new product alerts.

I opted in for communications, when do I receive my 20% off?

Thanks for signing up! Your 20% off reward will be available in your wallet shortly after opting in for one-time use. It may take up to 24 hours to appear. Once it’s there, just let a budtender know you’d like to use it on your next purchase!
